Oh man. I truly don’t even know where to begin here.

I met this amazing pair quite some time ago and within moments I felt like I had known them for years. Nadine is this beam of light that you feel the need to get to know. She’s kind, honest and is someone who you know instantly has a heart of gold. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. And I don’t say this lightly. She’s genuinely one of the best people I have ever met in my 36 years on this planet. And Patrick, is equally wonderful. He’s sweet, funny and is the life of the party.

It’s easy to see why these two wondrous humans fell in love and lucky for me, decided to get married.

There are so many moving moments that happened throughout the big day. From the forehead to forehead nudge I kept seeing between all of Nadine’s family, which you will see below, to the prayer book. It is from the late 1800’s and all of the Slocum, Nadine’s Dad’s side, daughters sign it when they get married.

There was kick butt dance off between Nadine’s brother and her adorable cousin, Nassie. Nadine even wow’d the crowd with a karaoke version of “Benny and the Jets” from Elton John to close out the night.

Their day was a show stopper. The floral arch that the pair tied the knot in front of and one of the coolest cakes I have ever seen.

I hope you love this day as much as I do. It was one I will always remember.

Cheers to two of the truly most epic human beings the world has known <3
