One thing I love about doing engagement sessions is getting to truly know your couples. Usually in the first 30 minutes it is a lot of questions about the start of their relationship and the details of their big day. But as the day goes on, you get to really know them. Their likes, their quirks with each other and even their adorable fur children. I felt an instant click with these two. Their love for animals, running and each other. Sometimes you just meet a couple and you are thankful you are able to do what you do. Because it makes you job, not really a job. You are just as excited to see the bride walk down the isle as the guests that have known her for years. Spending the afternoon with this pair has been a highlight of my fall time.
Leslie and Cole will be getting married next weekend at the beautiful Gramercy Mansion in Baltimore.
We met up at a little coffee shop and made our way around Annapolis. The kicker was we set up our session before realizing their was a boat show on the water front and it was inundated with boats, vendors and people. Do you think that stopped us? Heck no! We asked around and walked about two miles and came up with a few great locations! We ended the day at Jonas Green Park for sunset. It was truly beautiful.
We shared plenty of laughs, ice cream and talking about our fur children!
Happy Friday Friends!
