Matt & Lauren | Baltimore Museum of Industry Wedding

This wedding was surely a stunner! I met Lauren through her Mom of all places! Her Mom was helping Lauren plan out her wedding and pulled together a list of wedding photographers and lucky enough for me, Lauren liked my work. I had primarily spoken with her Mom, Jan, prior to the engagement session. In all honesty I had yet to speak a word to Lauren until we met up at the Baltimore Museum of Industry!

Lucky enough for me once I met Lauren and Matt in person, it like that moment in the movie Step Brothers, where Brennan looks at Dale and says “Did we just become best friends?” and Dale says “YUP!” Zero exaggeration here. We had a blast running around BMI taking photographs and from there I am glad to say a friendship bloomed. Matt and Lauren are the best and two of the most easy going people you could hope to meet let alone work with.

The Baltimore Basilica was truly breath taking for the ceremony. Such stunning architecture and big beautiful windows. We then ran all through Mount Vernon to take photographs and made our way to the beautiful Baltimore Museum of Industry. They had not just ONE but TWO live bands. During the cocktail hour they had a traditional Irish band playing and then they had one of my favorite wedding bands, Millennium, playing. It was truly a beautiful day with amazing people.

Fun Fact: The Aunt of the bride, Aunt Ralph, thought Lauren and I were long time best friends only to realize I had only met her a few months before her big day 🙂
