This one has been a long time coming. I met Amanda and her best friend Denise back when I lived in Nashville. I held a pinup shoot and the girls drove all the way from Indianapolis to work with me. I was honored. They are those people that you meet and instantly know you made a new friend. We became friends over Facebook and kept up with each others lives.

As time passed, I saw that Aaron, Amanda’s boyfriend of nine years at the time, proposed to her while they were vacationing in Italy. I was completely shocked to get a call when they got back. Amanda had asked me if I would be willing to come to Indianapolis to come and shoot their wedding. Of course I was honored and said YES! Knowing the pair and their love for adventure and travel, I was not surprised to get a call a few months later asking me if I would be ok if they changed to location to the Gulf Shores of Alabama, a place that was near and dear to their hearts. Who wouldn’t want to travel to the beautiful shores with some amazing people!? I obviously said yes <3

I will be posting part 2 of this blog later this week along with more details. But this was a mini engagement shoot we rocked out in about 20 minutes. I cannot wait to share more of this heartfelt wedding weekend with you all!
