Buck, Katie and little Miss Maggie — Beautiful Nashville Wedding

Blog

Where do I begin with this wedding. I know it’s odd to have three names in the title for a wedding blog, but when I am done with this, you will understand why.

I met Katie through a mutual friend and was asked to photograph her beautiful Nashville wedding. Katie was originally from Nashville and was were the lovely couple had originally met. Fast forward to our first meeting a few months later, keep in mind Katie and I were doing all of our getting to know each other meetings via email, I pull up to her mothers house in Nashville. After being warmly greeted by Katie and her mom, I then had the pleasure of meeting Miss Maggie. She is Katie’s 6 year old daughter and one of the most memorable little kids I have ever had the chance to meet. She was so full of personality and I was also told this was also Maggie’s big day too, of course! I left there knowing there would be no better day to start off wedding season than with this bunch.

The wedding weekend finally rolled around and all I can tell you is the group was truly one of a kind. Everyone came from all of the United States to come together for their wedding. The couple rented a beautiful house in Franklin where they spent the days leading up to the ceremony. The rehearsal dinner was held at the historical Franklin Theater and couldn’t have been more fitting for the two. I forgot to mention that Buck works on the hit television show “Two Broke Girls” in California and has been a film buff for quite sometime. The gentleman’s boutonnieres were made from actual film as well!

I could go on and on about how much fun I had spending a few days with this amazing group of humans and one incredibly wonderful six year old, but as per my job I will get to the pictures. I want to send my deepest congratulations and hugs to Katie, Buck and Maggie. It is people like you who make me thankful everyday I get to do what I do.

Without further ado… Let the photos begin <3

Take a peak a little way down and check out the “first look” shot I did with Maggie and her mom Kaite when she had the chance to see her mom for the first time in her wedding dress! Loved it!!
